PEARLAND, TX - The Pearland Cobblers are proud to announce the appointment of Justin Saenz as Assistant General Manager, marking an important step forward as the organization continues to build its foundation in its inaugural season.
Saenz brings a strong background in sports operations along with a reputation for being dependable, detail-oriented, and team driven. His approach to organization and leadership aligns with the vision of the Cobblers as the club continues to grow both on the field and within the Pearland community. In this role, he will play an essential part in supporting daily operations while helping create a structured and professional environment for players, staff, and fans.
As Assistant General Manager, Saenz will work closely with the front office and coaching staff to ensure smooth execution across all areas of the organization. His presence will help strengthen internal communication, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall game day experience. With the fast pace of a summer collegiate season, his leadership will be critical in maintaining consistency and direction throughout the year.
